Some of the most surprising facts I learned about copyright were teachers could not make a copy of their audiovisual materials, if a teacher tapes a show off the televison they can only play it for forty five days and a teacher is not suppose to copy pages out of a workbook, they are suppose to buy the pages. If I had a question about anything dealing with copyright I would ask the media speicalist at the school.
